The Engineered Services Group (ESG) is skilled at evaluating existing plants and determining what is required to refurbish, modify, and move the facility to a new location. This is true for a facility that is currently in operation or in situations where operations have been halted. An example of a typical relocation by AMCS' ESG is featured below as a reference.
Requested Service:
Relocation, plus the addition of GOX pipeline, Cooling water system, MSA, Storage, and new control system
Relocation Activities:
- lP&ID Review and Development
Review operability and update plant control strategy to reflect additions. Review existing Lotepro, and Liquid Air P&IDs. Issue consolidated new P&IDs reflecting "as-built" instrumentation, new process equipment, and controls.
Procurement, design, configuration, installation and commissioning of the plant control system
Review of plant instrument and control related information, develop missing documentation such as process alarms, trips, loop diagrams, and safety interlocks. Review and verify existing plant instrumentation information.
Provide start-up services and commissioning support of facility to ensure plant supply.
