Customized Fabrication Solutions:
As part of each AMCS project, it develops an execution plan including the fabrication of parts and skids in its facilities or vendor and subcontractor facilities. AMCS has a complete fabrication and field service group which offers customized solutions for our customers. Our capabilities allow us to deliver services on a global basis. Regardless of the projects destination, our customers always receive timely, personal service coupled with the extensive reach of a worldwide organization.
Our engineering staff keeps abreast of the emerging trends, new technologies, latest government regulations, and issues that impact the market sectors we serve. We continually consult with our customers to ensure that they are able to benefit from the "best operating practice trends" with regard to fabricated equipment and field service.
Increased Capacity:
Our fabrication facility doubled in square footage in 2009. As a result of this expansion, we are now able to fabricate larger equipment components and skids. We will continue to fabricate control panels and other components to support and fulfill our engineering integration projects.

Industry standards are followed throughout the fabrication process.
Experienced personnel in our Fabrication Group support and use current software which is then used for producing any manner of drawings and schematics needed in support of projects and solutions. These types of drawings can comprise any number of documents such as P&I Diagrams, control schematics, electrical schematics, vessel design, structural design, and civil engineering diagrams.
