Training

The Engineered Services Group (ESG) coordinates training requirements together with the services and equipment solutions needed for each customer.  As expected, each project has its own requirements determined by the contract documents.

In general, AMCS provides hands on training for a client facility.  This includes demonstration of equipment checkout and starting; a review of the process with situation assessment.

For classroom training, an assessment of the class level of understanding leads to the formation of a training syllabus.  Based on this syllabus, AMCS will organize a training program that likely includes presentation and demonstration by equipment experts of a specific plant's components along with overall process experts.

Project Description:

Development and execution of a prospective turnkey employee CGMP training program required to assure compliance to 21 CFR 211.25.

The Scope Includes:

  • Research and creation of training syllabus (FD & C Act, Regulations / Guidance, & industry specific information)
  • Creation of audience friendly presentations and training regimen
  • Employee comprehension trials
  • Delivery of training to employees

As part of the overall solution the ESG completed permanent employee training and documentation to assure compliant record-keeping.
