AMCS Corporation, an international supplier of industrial gases and process plants, has entered into an agreement with a major regional gases company in Southern Europe for the supply of a cryogenic Air Separation Unit (ASU). The ASU will have a nominal liquefaction capacity of 100 tons per day, supplying Liquid Oxygen (LOX) and Liquid Nitrogen (LIN) to the local merchant liquid market.
The new plant will be an ULTRA-AL-100TM, one of the ULTRA-ALTM series of highly efficient standard liquid plants featuring AMCS' latest process cycle design, and offering attractively low life cycle costs. AMCS supplies the ULTRA-ALTM plants over a broad product range of 25 and 800 TPD of liquid products.
"We are delighted to be supplying another plant to a European gas producer and a forward thinking company," said Ishmael Chalabi, President of AMCS. "This is our fourth project in this region. It provides our client with competitive product cost basis to allow the client to support and grow their market freely. We view this new order, combined with our other recent wins in Europe and central Asia, as strong confirmation that our clients recognize the value that we can add to their business."
